How do I prepare for my first visit? Please wear appropriate clothing, nothing too slippery or overly large. Please wear clean socks. It is helpful for you to be well hydrated.

What happens during the initial visit? We will review your intake form (filled out by you prior to your visit) and go over what you can expect. After I answer your questions, you will lay on your back on a massage table. Kinesiology, applied muscle testing, is used to conduct a body scan. Magnets will be placed based on findings for 20-30 minutes. During that time, you can relax, even fall asleep. After the magnets are removed, we can schedule your next appointment based on your body's needs.
